Complete renovation of west Beach Marina in Clearwater overcomes challenges to stay on schedule

No1: Built in the 1950s, the Clearwater, Fla., Beach Marina had never had a full renovation completed. New plans to remodel began in 2021. The high price of materials due to pandemic, getting the proper permits and ensuring the commercial tenants were able to maintain operations have been some of the challenges faced by the city through the process.
