According to Indiana Code 5-3-1, sealed bids will be taken at the town hall office or at the public works office, and must be submitted in writing by 3:30 pm on April 7, 2017. All bidders are advised that you are submitting one bid for both trucks, payable to the town upon awarding of said bid. All bids are legally binding upon submission.
