Mow-to-own properties: Saving cities money and pleasing residents — 1 Comment

  1. I am writing concerning the property at 561 Schiller Avenue Akron Ohio. As of February 3rd we have fulfilled our contract with the city. Do we have to pay anything for the transfer of the deed or does it just become part of our property at 62 Leila Street? Secondly I would love to purchase the vacant property on Blaine Avenue that butts ours. The reason I was given that we could not purchase it, at that time is the city wants alotments to be square. Now that we own the Schiller Avenue property we are no longer a square. So perhaps we can purchase that vacant lot.

Thank you, Kathy A Harper and Daniel E Sipes
